About

Attorney Uğur Uğurelli’s professional approach, working principles and understanding of legal service.

Professional Principle

“While performing our duty, we are subject to no one: not the client, not the judge, and certainly not the government. We do not claim that there are persons below us. Yet we recognize no hierarchical superior. There is no difference between the least senior and the most senior or well-known. Throughout history, lawyers did not use slaves, but they never had masters either.” — Molierac

Office Approach

Guided by this understanding, our law office has internalized the freedom to seek rights as the spirit of the profession; believes in the binding force of universal legal norms and in their concrete application to each case; places the right of access to justice above every interest; and adopts a solution-oriented, settlement-minded and rule-of-law-based professional approach that never violates the client’s legal rights or individual dignity, but instead ensures their strongest protection.

Education and Professional Background

I graduated from Atatürk University Erzincan Faculty of Law in 2003. I completed my legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association in 2003-2004. In 2004-2005, I performed my military service as a reserve officer in İzmir and Manisa. Since 2005, I have practiced independently as an attorney registered with the Ankara Bar Association. Within the Ankara Bar Association, I served in the CMK Center, the Lawyers’ Rights Center and the Sports Law Committee. I continue my profession without being subject to any office, person or interest; serving only law, conscience and rightful claims.
